How to brew a delicious tea
Sencha
Using high temperature water to draw out the tea's well-balanced sweetness and astringency

Pour hot water into 3 cups (for 3 people) with 80% of cup.
Water temperature should be 80~90℃

Place green tea leaves into teapot.
2 heaping tbsp for 3 people.(8~10g)

Pour hot water from your cups directly into your teapot, and brew for 2min.

The tea in the cup should be same amount and same concentration.
Pour out every last drop.
Gyokuro
Brewed with lower temperature and a bit more tea leaves. Requires patience and a quite mind

Pour boiling water to teapot.
Water temperature drops to around 50~60℃.better to use small teapot.

Pour hot water from teapot into cups(a little more than half).

Place green tea leaves into teapot.

Set your mind at ease and prepare the tea.

Pre-warm bowl with hot water , and then dry thoroughly. Rinse the bamboo whisk to prevent the tea powder from sticking to it.
to make bamboo whisk soft Add 1 heaping teaspoon of matcha powder.

Houji-cha
Using hot boiling water to bring out the tea's aroma.

Put the HoujiCha leaves into teapot.
(3tbsp for 3popsons) -
Add boiling water into teapot(about 600ml)

Wait about 1min.

Pour Houjicha from the teapot to cup.
